First visit will consist of questions to identify any limitations, present pain and personal goals.

Patients can expect to receive dry needling on their first day (assuming they are appropriate candidates). If warranted, additional manual techniques, corrective exercises, or homework may be given to maximize treatment benefits.

We will finalize the visit with the recommended follow up care based on findings and goals.
